Welcome to Out East Wellness. By accessing this website or scheduling services with Out East Wellness, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Out East Wellness

Out East Wellness provides Reiki and Sound Therapy as complementary wellness services intended to support relaxation, rest, and overall well-being.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Out East Wellness does not replace the care or advice of a qualified physician, therapist, or other healthcare professional.

If you have questions about a medical or mental health condition, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

2. Reiki and Sound Therapy

Each person's experience with Reiki or Sound Therapy is different.

No particular sensation, experience, or outcome is guaranteed.

Services are provided in a calm and supportive environment, but Out East Wellness does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, or therapeutic results.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or needs before or during a session.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information that is relevant to their appointment and for communicating any concerns that may affect their ability to participate safely in a session.

Clients should seek appropriate medical or mental health care for conditions requiring professional healthcare treatment.

Participation in Reiki or Sound Therapy is voluntary.

4. Appointments

Out East Wellness operates by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in appointments are not available.

Current appointment availability and scheduling information can be found on the Out East Wellness website or obtained by contacting the business directly.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Out East Wellness requests at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Providing adequate notice allows the appointment time to be made available to another client.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made by contacting Out East Wellness directly.

At this time, Out East Wellness does not charge a cancellation or no-show fee.

6. Payment

Payment is due prior to the start of each session.

Out East Wellness accepts:

Credit and debit card payments are processed through Square.

Checks are not accepted.

All payments for completed services are final. Out East Wellness does not offer refunds.

7. Appropriate Conduct

Out East Wellness is committed to providing a respectful and comfortable environment.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward the practitioner and the space.

Out East Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if a client's behavior is inappropriate, threatening, abusive, or otherwise interferes with the ability to provide services safely and respectfully.

8. Website Information

Information provided on the Out East Wellness website is intended for general informational purposes.

While reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and current, Out East Wellness does not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

9. Intellectual Property
